Interviews are never easy but we try our best to make them easier for you.

How we hire

From your very first meet-and-greet to your welcoming email, our Human Resources Team will ensure that you are made to feel welcome and comfortable every step of the interview process. They will also make sure that your application, interview and ultimately your induction, is as stress free and seamless as possible.

At Zapper we make use of a number of interview techniques depending on access and your location around the world. Whether it's telephonic and SKYPE interviews, one-on-one or small group interfaces, we'll get a feel for who you are, what you're about and how we can work together. Just remember to always be yourself because everyone else is taken.
