1. Competition Overview

• The “Win Free Parking for a Year” competition is sponsored by Zapper.
• Ten (10) lucky winners will receive free parking for a year, with a maximum value of R500 each.

2. Eligibility

• The competition is open to all individuals who top up their admyt wallet using Zapper.
• There is no minimum spend required to enter.
• Every transaction made via Zapper to top up the admyt wallet counts as an entry.

3. Competition Period

• The competition runs from 1 June 2024 to 30 June 2024.
• All entries must be received within this period to be eligible.

4. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must top up their admyt wallet using Zapper during the competition period.
• Each top-up transaction made via Zapper counts as one entry.
• There is no limit to the number of entries per participant.

5. Prize Details

• Each winner will receive free parking for a year with a maximum value of R500.
• There will be a total of ten (10) winners.
• The free parking will be provided in the form of a Zapper voucher sent to the winners, redeemable in the Admyt mobile app only..

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
• Winners will be contacted by Zapper via the contact details associated with their Zapper account.
• Winners will be notified by 15 July 2024.
• The voucher will be sent to winners to redeem when they next top up their admyt wallet using Zapper.

7. General Conditions

• Zapper reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
• Zapper reserves the right to modify or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
• By participating in the competition, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Zapper, which are final and binding in all respects.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Zapper, admyt, and their affiliates are not responsible for any technical malfunction, lost, delayed, or corrupted entries.
• Zapper, admyt, and their affiliates are not liable for any damages or losses arising from participation in the competition or the acceptance of any prize.

9. Privacy

• Personal data collected from participants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and will be handled in accordance with Zapper’s privacy policy.
